OAK BROOK, Ill. (AP) _ Federal Signal Corp. (FSS) on Wednesday reported second-quarter net income of $33.5 million. On a per-share basis, the Oak Brook, Illinois-based company said it had net income of 55 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, came to 53 cents per share.
