Lots of Tottenham Hotspur fans have been reacting to the latest transfer claim to emerge on Twitter amid Harry Kane’s ongoing saga. According to The Telegraph, Manchester City have offered Tottenham an £85m bid including £15m in add-ons and first refusal over their unwanted players. One of the players which reportedly comes under the ‘unwanted’ category is Raheem Sterling, however, it has since been claimed by ESPN that the Englishman would not welcome a move to Spurs.
Raheem Sterling is reportedly one of the Manchester City players who could be offered as part of a deal for Tottenham striker Harry Kane, but the England winger has no interest in a move to Spurs. Reports this week said that City have made an opening offer worth £100 million plus players for the England captain, but Tottenham have no intention of accepting the bid.
Raheem Sterling is not interested in a switch to Tottenham this summer. The England international has been mooted as part of a potential swap deal with Harry Kane, as Manchester City continue to push to sign the forward. Kane has told Spurs chairman Daniel Levy he wants to leave the club and City are preparing an offer worth in the region of £100 million.
Manchester City attacker Raheem Sterling reportedly has no interest in joining Tottenham Hotspur during this summer's transfer window. The 26-year-old, who has scored twice for England at Euro 2020, struggled to hold down a regular spot in the Man City XI during the second half of last season.
Raheem Sterling recently admitted being disappointed at the lack of playing time at Manchester City and ESPN say he could be on his way out of the Etihad Stadium this summer. The 26-year-old was linked with a move to Real Madrid, but he’s recently been mentioned as a potential makeweight to a £100m deal with Tottenham Hotspur that would see Harry Kane moving in the opposite direction.
