​18-wheeler​ loses load of tortilla chips​ that spills onto Texas highway

An 18-wheeler’s lost load of tortilla chips is causing major delays for inbound commuters on the Southwest Freeway in Texas. Texas Department of Transportation crews are working to clear the freeway, but northbound traffic near Montrose Boulevard is down to one lane.
