Losing APC Governors Run To Aso Rock, To Quickly Meet With Osinbajo, For The Next Agenda

A meeting between Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, and the Governors of Adamawa and Bauchi States, has ended, in Abuja, on Thursday.

Jibrilla Bindow, is the Governor of Adamawa State, while Mohammed Abubakar, is his counterpart from Bauchi State.

The two Governors met with Osinbajo, behind closed-doors.

As the meeting ended, the two Governors declined to comment on their mission.

However, findings indicated that the meeting might be connected with the supplementary Governorship polls, fixed for March 23.

Both Governors will participate in the ‘inconclusive’ polls, in their respective States.

Earlier, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, had raised an alarm, over the plot by the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, to rig the forthcoming supplementary polls.

This comes as the Kano State Chairman of the APC, Abdullahi Abbas, declared the forthcoming supplementary Governorship election in the State, a “do or die” affair.

His declaration comes as the PDP, have conducted prayers and sacrifices at various local governments across the state.

The party is seeking Allah’s intervention on the coming rescheduled election in some of the polling units, which will hold on 23rd March 2019, also invoking Allah’s anger on anybody who attempts to steal their mandate.
