As Arsenal prepare for the big clash against Liverpool in the Premier League this weekend, the Gunners have confirmed there will be a new kick-off time for another upcoming match in the league.
According to a brief statement by the north London club on Friday, August 23, Arsenal will play host to Bournemouth at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday, October 6 with the kick-off time now set at 3pm Nigerian Time (2pm UK Time).
“The ‘standard’ TV selections have now been made up to and including October 31. Ordinarily, fixtures up to this date will not now change,” Arsenal stated.
Arsenal added: “However, as ever, all fixtures remain subject to change and circumstances may yet arise which result in further fixture changes.”
Playing against Bournemouth at home would be Arsenal’s eighth game in this season’s Premier League and comes after visiting Old Trafford to face arch-rivals, Manchester United at the end of September.
The Gunners have got the season underway with two wins from as many games to put themselves on the verge of enjoying a best ever start to a season since the 2004/05 campaign when the club started with three straight wins.
