The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced five new cases of Coronavirus in the country today.
The NCDC via its Twitter account stated that two of the cases are returning travellers from the UK.

With this new development, Nigeria has 33 active cases of coronavirus. A total of 35 coronavirus cases have been confirmed with two discharged.
Nigeria is yet to record any coronavirus-related death.
Last night, former Vice-President Abubakar Atiku announced that his son had been infected with the coronavirus. This announcement came hours after President Buhari addressed the nation on COVID 19.
