Officers are on scene of a motor vehicle collision at Welsh/Harvey Mitchell Pkwy S. The injuries involved in the wreck are currently unknown, according to College Station PD. A fourth person is facing charges after police say she rode in the car as two others fired guns at Greeley homes, injuring a 20-year-old man.
