Sheriff: Unicoi Co. deputy injured during Tuesday morning pursuit, suspect arrested

UNICOI COUNTY, Tenn. (WJHL) – A Unicoi County deputy was injured after a suspect rammed his patrol unit during a pursuit early Tuesday.
