Firefighters rushed to a house fire that was caused by a tumble drier. Parts of the ground floor of a detached house on Crescent Road in New Barnet was destroyed after a fire broke out on Saturday (September 18) near to 10pm. According to the London Fire Brigade, the fire was accidental and involved a tumble drier.
