Seizure victim targeted as he lay unconscious in the street

A thief stole from a man who lay unconscious in the street after suffering a seizure in Reading. collapsed in Henley Road on Friday (May 13) but rather than call an ambulance, the offender took his bag and spent £1,000 on his bank cards. A keyring made from a necklace belonging to Max’s grandmother, who passed away in December following a battle with cancer, was among the items stolen.
