A GREENOCK man has been charged with driving whilst over the legal limit for cannabis. John Morton, 35, is said to have had 6.5mcg of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol — the psychoactive substance that produces the 'high' associated with marijuana — per litre of blood. The legal limit is 2mcg.
