He says it would reduce emissions and improve traffic flow A West Yorkshire Police officer has said that he would like to see speed limits on all motorways cut to 60mph. PC Martin Willis said the move would reduce emissions, improve traffic flow and reduce the level of injury or damage when accidents happen.
