Tour de France 2021 - Geraint Thomas or Tao Geoghegan Hart should lead the Ineos charge

Eurosport expert Alberto Contador says that Ineos should go into the Tour de France with a plan to back one potential winner - despite having an incredibly strong team with several yellow jersey contenders, including Geraint Thomas and Tao Geoghegan Hart. "I would be surprised if they didn't choose a clear leader even if they attacked as a block," the cycling legend said.

Euro 2020 - 'More like three cats than three lions' – Europe's view on England, Harry Kane and Jadon Sancho

Three clean sheets, seven points, top of Group D. What's not to like? A lot, apparently. A cloud of pessimism hangs over England after they dragged themselves into the last 16 at Euro 2020 with an unconvincing 1-0 win over Czech Republic, a woeful goalless draw with Scotland, and a distant (but glorious) 1-0 win against Croatia.

It is a decade since the undulating arena of professional golf tragically lost the maverick genius of Seve Ballesteros, an inspirational champion, blessed with a swing and swagger from a higher plane, who had a greater influence on the flowering of the European game than the time Old Tom Morris welcomed the pioneering figure of his lad young Tom into the world in 1851.
