There were 10 venues which received the lowest possible hygiene rating and were told that 'urgent improvement is necessary' There are ten restaurants and cafes in the London Borough of Ealing which have so far this year received a hygiene score of zero. A PENSIONER from London has appeared in court after he dangerously drove on a Powys road with too many passengers, including a child who wasn't in a car seat. Llanelli Magistrates' Court heard how 87-year-old Abdul Qureshi had been driving a Mazda 6 along the A470 in Caersws with six passengers when the vehicle can only carry five and that that could cause a danger of injury to those people.
