Police said the man involved was injured in the incident which saw police descend on the street Air ambulance and police were called to a house in Bootle following reports a man was "throwing items including bricks" at a house.Merseyside Police confirmed they were called to Warwick Road, Bootle, late this morning adding the man in question also suffered injuries.
