#EndSARS: Police deploy anti-riot squad nationwide
The Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, has ordered the deployment of anti-riot policemen in the Police Mobile Force (PMF) to protect lives and property as the #EndSARS protests intensify nationwide.
The order was contained in a statement by the Force Public Relations Officer, Frank Mba, on Tuesday.

Two feared dead as police, hoodlums clash in Lagos
About two persons are feared dead in a clash between the Lagos Police and hoodlums at the Mushin area of the state.
Some persons also sustained gunshot injuries during the chaos, PREMIUM TIMES learnt.

#EndSARS: 1,993 inmates missing after Benin, Oko jailbreaks- Official
The Nigeria ministry of interior, has said that 1,993 inmates in legal custody were freed as a result of the jailbreak in Benin and Oko prisons in Benin city by protesters on Monday.
This was disclosed in a statement issued by the ministry’s director, press and public relations, Mohammed Manga, Tuesday.
According to the statement, “two NCoS custodial centres in Benin City and Oko in Edo State were attacked yesterday by protesters purportedly under the #ENDSARS aegis, freeing (at the last count) 1,993 inmates in legal custody and looting the centres, including the weapons in their armoury.”…READ MORE>>>
Garba wants Twitter shut, says Jack Dorsey backs ‘plot to remove Buhari’
Adamu Garba, a former presidential aspirant, has taken Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey to court over the End SARS protests in Nigeria.
Garba is asking the Federal High Court to order the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) to shut down the social media platform.

Nigerian rapper, Folarin Falana, also addressed as Falz, has told protesters in Lagos State to stay at home.

The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has refuted reports that policemen shot at five protesters in Abuja.
