JUST IN: INEC Chairman Ordered By Tribunal To Produce Documents Requested By Atiku, PDP

Fresh reports coming in have it that, the Presidential Election Tribunal has just given an order to Professor Mahmood Yakubu, the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to produce documents which the petitioners requested for.

Channels TV reports that the order was given by the Tribunal on Wednesday as hearing resumed in the hearing of the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), as well as its candidate, Atiku Abubakar, seeking to challenge the victory of President Muhammadu Buhari at the February 23 presidential elections.

The Resident Electoral Commissioner (INEC) in Zamfara State is also ordered along with the INEC Chairman to produce the requested documents.

The documents are to be produced by 12: pm on Thursday, July 18.

  1. Nice one if it will be follow constitutional because buhari malproted with yakubu to dupe atiku with fake result without knowing that atiku is well atikulated in all ramifications.
