A social media user a Nigerian in diaspora, Identified as Awojide Dipo has been lampooned for admonishing compatriots not to give up on Nigeria.
Dipo, A career development coach cum UK based lecturer, attracted heavy criticism on Thursday after sending the tweet from his base, the United Kingdom.
The founder of Human Capital Development firm, BTDTHub, is known to be a regular commentator on social issues affecting Nigeria.
As a follow-up to an earlier tweet advising another compatriot seeking to travel abroad, raising the question of “who will stay if we all leave”, Dipo issued the tweet that seem to have angered a lot of Nigerians.

Reacting, many Nigerians chided for giving the country what they refer to as false hope. Others simply challenged him to before return home making such remarks.
