Nigerian football star, John Obi Mikel is feeling honored to have been the subject of a case study by FC Porto Academy players after it was revealed by Wolverhampton Wanderers and Portuguese midfielder, Ruben Neves.
Neves in the quote revealed that during his time at the FC Porto Academy, players usually go home with DVD’s of Mikel Obi to study, which led to the nickname “Professor of Football.”
Mikel stormed his Instagram page to acknowledge the quote attributed to the Portuguese star, which states that the academy players at top Portuguese club side, FC Porto were given tapes of the super eagles’ star to study his moves.

John Obi Mikel recently announced his retirement from inetrnational football after the Egypt 2019 AFCON tournament to concentrate on his new club, Trabzonspor of Turkey.
