SIMI’S TOP 8 FAVORITE COLLABORATIONS

She’s been making music for a minute now, and Simi had the privilege of working with a bunch of great artistes. So, honestly, picking her top 8 favourite collabs is a problem, but she’d like to give you guys something real quick. Anyone she left out, she says she still loves them! O, please don’t delete her number.

Simi x Falz

You guys already know Falz and her have great chemistry, so every song she’s worked on with him is a fave. From ‘Jamb Question’, ‘Soldier’, ‘Chemistry EP, She really can’t pick one.

Simi x Adekunle Gold

Adekunle Gold is her personal person, and a lot of people already know this. Collaborating with Adekunle Gold was such a vibe. Their very first collab was in 2016. That was ‘Don’t Forget’. OMG, that songgggg.

Simi x Johnny Drille

Johnny Drille is a very, very dope artist. Have you guys heard his voice?! Their linkup started on Twitter, and she’s glad that their vision was brought to life. ‘Halleluyah’ is genuinely one of her most favourite songs yet.

Simi x Eazi

Working on ‘Surrender’ with Mr Eazi on ‘Life is Eazi, Vol. 2’ last year was a new but fun experience for her. This is the very first time Eazi and her are hopping on a song together. Vibing with him was so easy, too. You know like life is Eazi, you get?

Simi x Davido

Her love for Davido is almost unmatched. When he reached out to her for ‘Maga 2 Mugu’, she was so excited. Because she sings a lot of love songs and R&B, most people hadn’t imagined her working on a song with Davido. But, Maga 2 Mugu is a love song, ha!

Simi x 2Baba

2Baba is an OG in the game, so you can imagine how excited she was working on a song together with him. ‘Original Baby’ with 2face is definitely a fave of hers.

Simi x BOJ

She hopped on for ‘For Sure’ with BOJ in 2017. The entire experience – shooting the video, making the song – etc. – was one of her most fun collaborations yet. She loved it!

Simi x Praiz

Praiz and her make sweeeet music. She can confidently brag about that. She always wanted to make a song like ‘Outta My Head, and guess who ticked that box?

If she missed out anyone, please help her add it. Thanks!
